Completely renovated in 2024 and 2025 with a refined aesthetic , Lei Cigaloun combines the charm of an Art Deco villa with high-end comfort. Each room has been carefully designed to offer a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere , perfect for relaxation.

With its three bedrooms, two bathrooms and living spaces facing the sea , the house comfortably accommodates up to 6 people for an unforgettable stay on the French Riviera.

The entrance

As you cross the threshold of Lei Cigaloun, you will immediately be transported into the atmosphere of the 1920s. Beneath your feet, the period cement tiles tell the story of the house , while the filtered light enters with a delicate promise of a refined stay.

The kitchen

Completely renovated and equipped with quality appliances , the kitchen allows you to cook like at home: induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher... everything is designed for your comfort, in a bright and functional setting.

When the mistral blows, or simply to enjoy a moment of peace and quiet, make yourself comfortable in the living room. Thanks to the large windows, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea, even from your sofa.

The dining room

Facing the Mediterranean Sea, the dining room welcomes you into a gentle and friendly atmosphere. Its large table can accommodate up to six people for moments of simple sharing. The space opens directly onto the terrace, allowing you to extend your meals outdoors on sunny days, surrounded by sky, sea, and southern light.

A separate WC in a sober and elegant style , with its careful finishes, completes the comfort of the ground floor.

The authentic charm of the house is expressed in every detail: the wrought iron staircase , framed by patinated floor tiles , connects the two levels with a discreet elegance that tells the story of the place.

The "Cassis" room

This bright room, with a 160 cm bed , seduces with its breathtaking view of the Mediterranean and its elegant period marble fireplace , a perfect combination of heritage and contemporary comfort.

The "Madrague" room

Also facing the sea , this room offers a 180 cm bed and gives access to its own bathroom : shower, sink and storage, for an intimate and functional space.

The "Bandol" room

Located at the back of the house, this room overlooks a very quiet private street . It offers two 80 cm beds that can be converted into a large 160 cm bed , to suit all types of stays.

Modern and optimized, it features a walk-in shower, a washbasin with mirror, and integrated toilets. Carefully designed, it combines practicality with aesthetics.

The panoramic terrace

Just steps from the living room, the covered terrace on the seafront offers you a postcard setting . Furnished for your outdoor meals, it welcomes breakfasts in the sun, aperitifs at sunset or dinners under the stars. The lapping of the waves and the view of the Mediterranean create a gentle and unforgettable atmosphere .

The Provençal patio

At the back of the house, in a discreet courtyard bathed in light, lies a second dining area. The summer kitchen, equipped with a gas barbecue and a century-old Cassis stone sink, invites you to extend your evenings around a good meal. Sheltered from the mistral, this rear terrace is perfect for a shaded lunch or a refreshing break after the beach.
